Paige Crystal is a Relationship Manager with a background in client engagement, consumer insight, and business development across financial services and consumer-facing industries. She brings experience cultivating client relationships, translating complex needs into strategic solutions, and supporting sustainable, long-term growth. Since 2018, she has worked independently, advising clients on product and market strategy while maintaining trusted, hands-on partnerships. Her work is guided by a client-centered approach grounded in analytical rigor, clear communication, and thoughtful leadership.

Previously, Paige served as Executive Vice President at First Western Capital Management, where she led high-value client relationships, spearheaded new business development initiatives, and contributed to investment and market strategy within consumer-focused sectors. She holds a professional designation in Merchandise Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), where her interest in pet apparel was notably developed through her work with Dogs of Glamour. Paige also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where she triple majored in Marketing, Finance, and Business Law.

On the personal side

Outside of her professional pursuits, Paige is an active member of The Ebell of Los Angeles, a women-led, women-centered nonprofit located on a historic campus in Mid-Wilshire. Much of her remaining time is happily devoted to her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who remains convinced that lap time is a full-time responsibility.
